1)Web Page Design
1)    Create a new account on Yahoo/G-mail/Hotmail.
2)    Go to Blogger.com.
3)    If you have got Yahoo/Hotmail, go to get started button.
4)    Fill the required information is that email address, password (8 characters), tick mark on the box. Then continue.
5)    Choose the Blog name in which you have to write an 10 article. In the url (blog name)
6)    Then check availability. If available continue.
7)    Start blogging.
8)    Click the view blog button to see your web page.
9)    If you want to change your title then go to setting.
10)  Change your title and click the button save.
11)  Likewise you can change your template too.
